Selecting List XYZ from the List Menu is similar to selecting List Survey, except that different information is shown. The XYZ listing shows Shot Numbers and Station Names for each shot in the survey, along with the X, Y, and Z (North, East and Vertical) positions. Plotting Status and From Station information is also shown.
Possible plotting status for a station includes Off, Plot, Bold, Dim, Lost, and Bad?. The first four states can be chosen and changed by the user from the Sections Window. A status of "Lost" indicates that the station could not be linked to the rest of the survey, and therefore does not have valid plot coordinants. A status of "Bad?" is quite rare, and indicates that either the linker or editor had trouble dealing with it.
If the station was connected to the survey from another station, the number and name of that station are listed. This is especially useful, when stations are "Lost", for determining which stations connect (or don't connect) to what other stations. If a survey station comes from nowhere (from *) or is a known location (from @), then this is clearly stated, in place of the From Station Number and Name.
